The building layout was designed with maximum flexibility to maximise market opportunity. The building was conceived for use as a single house, a hotel and separate apartments for let or sale.
The chalet extends to 1,700 sq m / 18,000 sq ft and cost £12.5m.
The finished accommodation includes 4 separate 3 bedroomed apartments all with en-suite bathrooms and outdoor spaces with seating and Jacuzzi. The apartments are supported by communal lounge, bar and dining areas together with a full wellness and spa facility.
