Reid Architects has designed a training academy on Deansgate in Manchester for the world’s number one in haircare and cosmetics - L'Oreal.
The practice has used a unique space within a Grade II Listed Building to create a series of highly flexible studio spaces for use in training, meetings/conferences/lectures and catwalk shows.
The clean lines of the new interior respect the nature of the existing building whilst allowing the integration of the complex servicing required by L'Oreal to ensure effective operation.
The brief to Reid Architects included specification of all internal lighting and fixtures/fittings - including salon furniture selection.
